About the Role
As a Wayfinder, you will be responsible for delivering early interventional health and wellbeing guidance, support and service within Primary and Intermediate Schools. The Mana Ake service is led by health but delivered in collaboration with education, enabling the delivery of support where initial discovery of wellbeing need is often identified in a community setting.
About the Team/Service/ Location
The clinical mental health and wellbeing workforce deliver evidence informed individual, group and whole of class wellbeing programmes / interventions for tamariki, as well as broader wellbeing cluster support to kura and schools.
The role will be based in the Waiariki region. It is essential that applicants are based within the region as the role is not suitable for remote work.

About you
As a Wayfinder you will:
- Be well-experienced in working with community, tamariki and whānau
- Have the ability to build relationships with and work effectively in a team
- Have a full driver’s license
- Be computer competent
- Be adaptable and able to pivot within a rapidly changing environment
Salary range
$72,074 to $86,719 pro-rated to hours worked
