An exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse (RN) looking for career development. The Nurse Coordinator (NC) Nurse Entry to Practice (NETP) is a senior designated role that leads all aspects of the NETP programme, including recruitment, coordination, and works predominantly with clinical coaches, Nurse Educators and Managers. This NC NETP role is based at Capital and Coast NETP programme within the Workforce and Practice Development Unit.
Mō tō mātou rōpū - About our team
The Workforce and Practice Development Unit (W&PDU) supports the Chief Nursing Officer and Nurse Directors across the District. The W&PDU provides leadership and support for undergraduate, pre-registration, postgraduate, professional development and recognition and the graduate entry programmes and ongoing learning for staff across the District and Region. Professional development is an important workforce focus across primary, secondary and tertiary services; as is developing, managing and improving processes and systems to optimise workforce capability and resilience to ensure quality patient outcomes.
