About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated registered health professional to join our multi-disciplinary team at the Adult Community Mental Health & Addiction Service (CMHAS) in Rotorua. The role will include a mix of care coordination as well as profession specific interventions, i.e. functional assessments. Also involves working with people as they transition from the inpatient service to the community.
About you
You should have:
- ability to connect and build trusting relationships with a wide range of people from the community (essential)
- strong assessment and therapeutic intervention skills (preferred)
- ability to work efficiently both independently and with other clinicians in our skilled multi-disciplinary team
- registration, or be eligible for registration, with a NZ professional body
- a current full clean NZ drivers licence, and
- meet requirements for the children’s worker safety checks.
Salary range
$ 75,773 to $ 107,600 pro-rated to hours worked
