Security Supervisor

Location: Hawkes Bay Fallen Soldiers Memorial Hospital

Contract: Security Supervisor 1 FTE (80 hours per fortnight), Fulltime, permanent

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced leader to join us in the capacity of Security Supervisor.
You will be supporting the Security & Orderly Manager to operationally lead the Security workforce to ensure a smooth-running service.
We are seeking an individual with a background in rostering and leadership, coupled with a strong understanding of the hospital security service and how it works collaboratively with other hospital departments.

- Competency with te ao Māori, tikanga, and te reo Māori or a commitment to starting your journey and taking ownership of your learning and growth.
- Experience in projects / initiatives which give effect to Te Tiriti principals and frameworks, and the application of Mātauranga Māori and Kaupapa Māori approaches, particularly as they apply in healthcare settings.
