AIR Team Leader / URCHCC Senior Administrator – Uri Ririki Child Health Connection Centre

Uri Ririki Child Health Connection Centre (URCHCC) is the home of the Aotearoa Immunisation Register (AIR) and National Child Health Information Platform (NCHIP) for Waitematā and Te Toka Tumai Auckland districts of Health New Zealand – a population of 81,000 tamariki aged under six years of age. It is a service focused on ensuring equitable health services, ensuring our tamariki receive the health services on time, from a team of providers best suited to their whānau values and needs. Our wider services also include support of the Enhanced School Based Health Services (ESBHS) and the National Cervical Screening Programme Register (NCSP-R).
URCHCC is looking for an experienced administrator to lead a team of administrators to support the best health outcomes for children in their community. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills in health administration, and preferably, previous experience with population health registers (eg Aotearoa Immunisation Register). Applicants must have a commitment to providing high quality customer service and an ability to monitor reporting to ensure health targets are being met. In addition to managing a dedicated administrative team, the Senior AIR Administrator / Team Leader will drive relationship building with child health providers to support them in engaging with all whānau to deliver pre-school health milestones.
This Monday to Friday, 1 FTE position, is based at the Greenlane Clinical Centre.
