Administration Coordinator Orthopaedic/Fracture Outpatient Clinic

A fantastic opportunity has become available for a skilled Administrator to provide administration support and frontline reception for the Orthopaedic/Fracture Outpatient Clinic here within Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora Te Matau a Māui Hawke's Bay.
Naturally you will be able to recognise the needs, aims and aspirations of whanau from all culturally diverse groups within our community. We are ideally looking for someone with several years’ experience in a busy role, and it is essential that you have the following skills:
· Competent in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook & Powerpoint) and related functions e.g. mail merge, plus computer savvy to learn the other software packages used.
· Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people - internally and externally.
· Multi-tasking ability
· Self-motivated, with the ability to prioritise your own workload, as well as work as part of the team.
· Outstanding customer service skills.
· You will be required to deal sensitively and confidentially with all information and have a strong attention to detail.
