Personal Assistant to Chief Medical Officer and Director of Nursing & Midwifery
- 1.0 FTE / permanent

Ngā mōhiohio e pā ana ki tēnei mahi (About this position)
We are seeking applications from a highly competent, organised Personal Assistant, ideally with a health sector background. You will provide PA support to the Chief Medical Officer and Director of Nursing and Midwifery.

We are looking for a mature and energetic, self-starter, with a pleasant personality, who has several years experience in a similar role, ideally within the health sector, or other complex environment.
Well developed communication and interpersonal skills are a must, along with a commitment to excellence and sound customer service skills. You will display confidence in prioritising your own workflow and managing your deadlines in a positive manner. You will be working as part of a team, displaying confidentiality and discretion at a senior level.
Key requirements for this position include:
- A mature outlook with a real desire to help people;
- Advanced organisational and planning ability;
- Strong multi-tasking skills;
- Ability to remain calm in high demand situations;
- Proven experience of minute taking;
- Ability to exercise appropriate initiative and a proactive approach;
- A willingness to be flexible, innovative and undertake other duties as required;
- Empathy and respect for individuals from diverse backgrounds;
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
