Right now, we have an exciting opportunity here in Timaru for a confident and proactive administrator seeking a fast-paced role with lots of responsibility. If you - re looking for a new challenge that will put your organisation and people skills to work, this is it.
We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant who is highly competent and professional to provide administrative support to the Group Director of Operations, the wider Operational Leadership Group and District Leadership Group within Te Whatu Ora - South Canterbury. The role provides a range of support from high-level executive, secretariat and project support services.
This includes managing communications and implementing strategies to support the achievement of Te Whatu Ora - South Canterbury, strategic and operational objectives. The administrative tasks you do will be to support the implementation of policies, processes and tools, including proactive issue management and relationship management.
Ideally, you will be someone who can demonstrate the following skill/experience:
- Proven experience as an EA or PA in a complex organisation
- Intermediate Microsoft software application knowledge and computer skills
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- A high degree of initiative with excellent decision making and problem-solving skills
- Strong sense of responsibility
- The ability to connect and collaborate at all levels including internal and external stakeholders
- Able to maintain confidentiality and use discretion
- Ability to think independently and work autonomously
