Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity
You will work with the Pacific patients and their families on their planned care pathway with Te Toka Tumai Auckland, as part of a multidisciplinary team across services with us. You will be an expert in assessment skills, diagnostic reasoning, knowledge of complex conditions etc. Integral part of this role also is case management and coordination of patients and their family.

Nga Pūkenga Motuhake | Important Skills
- Previous work experience working in a Pasifika Health Service
- NZ Registered Nurse, with a postgraduate qualification
- Current NZ Nurses’s Council Annual Practicing Certificate
- Clinical experience in secondary and primary health care
- 3-5 years experience working as a Clinical Nurse
- Good understanding of the NZ Health systems and Primary care
