Service Desk Support Analyst

Service: ICT Service Desk
Contract: Permanent, full-time
Salary: $50,000 - $65,000

Our role is to identify and triage incidents, provide timely updates and resolution, engage with all parts of the business and provide a highly professional service to our internal customers in the Capital, Coast, Hutt Valley and Wairarapa districts.

The Service Desk Team is the front door to ICT and we support all aspects of Telephony and IT services.

Moū - About you
We are looking for the right person that has a great customer ethic, and who wants to grow and make a difference in support of ICT for Health.
We are looking for a team member who:
- are self-motivated
- can pick up new processes quickly
- are able to talk customers through triaging issues with applications or configuring BYOD
- have a great work ethic
- are passionate about making a difference
- who are prepared to go that step beyond to deliver exceptional service
Ideally you would bring with you to the role:
- Strong understanding in using Active Directory to manage accounts
- Good knowledge of Citrix, Cloud and Microsoft products (Office365, Teams etc).
- Ability to manage devices (Laptops, mobile phones, tablets)
- 2+ years' experience in a customer service environment such as contact centre / IT service desk
- Relevant IT industry certification(s) would be advantageous
