In your new position you will join
two teams, the Clinical Services division, and an organisation wide team of
data and analytics professionals throughout Te Whatu Ora (Nelson Marlborough). Your
role will be to investigate and provide data and analytical insights to the Clinical
Services group to enable continuous
business improvement, as well as contribute your unique expertise to the
organisation - s analytics capabilities. You will proactively and collaboratively
furnish relevant information to a broad user base, and report to Manager of Data & Analytics .

You will be a highly
experienced data analyst with an understanding of health and associated data
sets. You will be someone who can turn large and complex datasets into
insightful information, and can make complex technical data easily understood
by a non-technical audience. You will be familiar with reporting and
presentation tools (MS SQL, Crystal Reports, Tableau, PowerBI), as well as
integrating statistical analysis into information outputs.
The successful candidate must be eligible to work in New Zealand or hold a valid NZ work visa at the time of applying.
Te Whatu
Ora staff must have completed their primary course of two NZ approved COVID-19
vaccinations.
