Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Team Administrator who can provide clerical and administrative support to the clinicians and managers in the Hearing and Ear Health team of Starship Community. The day-to-day activities would include receiving email and telephone information requests, coordination and management of hearing aid orders, greet visitors appropriately and follow-up with appropriate actions. Starship Community is a team of health professionals and administrators providing community health services and cultural support for children, young people and their families/whānau living or attending school within the Toka Tumai District.
Nga Pūkenga Motuhake | Important Skills
To be successful in this role, you must have
· At least two years of administrative and/or customer service experience
· Ability to work well under pressure,
· Negotiation and conflict management abilities
· Problem solving/trouble shooting abilities
· Excellent communication skills
· Proven MS Office capability including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
