A new exciting post has been established within the Adult Respiratory Services, working as part of a multidisciplinary team in an expanding service. The aim of the position is to facilitate high quality essential services to our adults living with respiratory conditions in our community. A key focus of the position will be delivering care out in the community, including outreach services and support to rural localities.
A major asset to any applicant, would be the ability to drive and develop the service, a passion for Respiratory Physiotherapy and experience of working in a multidisciplinary team environment, would be advantageous. The post will work in partnership with the Respiratory Medical Team, Advance Practitioner Respiratory Physiotherapist and Community Care Providers.
The position will ensure and prioritise a focus on patient safety, independent condition management and quality relating to care and processes within Adult Respiratory Care contribute to hospital admission avoidance, delivery of Hawkes Bay Health sector vision, values and behaviours.
Salary - $73,037 to $83,030 according to qualifications and experience pro-rated for hours worked
