Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the role
As part of the Desktop Support team, you will be in the field supporting the District clinical and non-clinical support staff to deliver positive health outcomes across the region. We are a big operation with almost 8,000 computers, as well as cell phones, printers, AV and conference equipment so you will never get bored!

The 3D ICT department supports Capital & Coast, Hutt Valley and Wairarapa Districts. We are their valued partner and trusted advisor and have a customer service ethos that creates, innovates and enables change while maintaining the core digital systems across the District community networks, region and government.
Moū - About you
This role has a strong technical as well as Customer Service responsibility, with a high level of direct customer contact and communication, you will enjoy dealing with people and being out and about. You will clearly have a technical aptitude with a special interest in hardware and a qualification to back up your enthusiasm. Must have drivers - licence to support offsite facilities.
