Hospital In The Home Pilot

We are seeking registered nurses with a minimum of 5 years experience in an acute setting to help establish a HITH (Hospital in the Home) service.  

This is a pilot to identify and set the foundations for a service at Te Whatu Ora Lakes.  

The roles would suit senior nurses who have a desire to expand their assessment skills and would, initially, focus on the establishment of systems and processes relating to a HITH service leading into the management of patients in the community.

Salary range: $95,576 - 106,016 pro rated to hours worked
