This is an exciting opportunity to join our Radiology
department at Nelson Hospital. Shifts are on a 24/7 rotating roster Monday -
Sunday, with no one working alone at one time. Our team provides a
comprehensive diagnostic radiology service including: General Radiography, MRI,
CT Scanning, Ultrasound, Cardiac Catheterisation and Angiography.
- We have part-time roles available, working 40 hours up to 72 hours a fortnight on a permanent (0.9 FTE) or fixed term basis
(0.5 FTE & 0.6 FTE). Please indicate in your cover letter which role you are

- We have full-time 1.0 FTE roles available, working 80 hours a fortnight on a permanent basis. Please indicate in your cover letter that you are applying for a full-time position.
The full-time equivalent salary range for this position is $63,356 - $87,038 based on the NZ APEX MECA, dependent on skills, experience, and registration in NZ.

You will be registered with the NZMRT Board, hold a current APC, and you - ll be a positive and friendly team player, with a sense of humour.
To succeed in this role you will have:
- A sound knowledge of diagnostic radiography
- Great communication skills and empathy
- The passion to deliver high-quality healthcare
- The flexibility to work within a Monday-Sunday rotating roster.
Interventional/Cath Lab experience is an advantage but not essential.
