Business Analyst /Quality Coordinator, (Full time) Cancel Screening Services, Te Whatu Ora

Reporting to the Cancer Screening Service Manager, you be providing oversight and support for the BreastScreen Aotearoa (BSA) programme’s enrolment, invitation, and follow up systems and processes to ensure equitable participation and achievement of national coverage targets.

You will assist with planning and implementing strategies that support the recruitment and retention of eligible women into the BSA programme with a focus on priority women. Priority women for the BreastScreen programme are Maaori, Pacific, unscreened and under screened women

The role will include the use of data analytics, modelling and the development of quality improvement processes to ensure the best use of resources to deliver equity focussed initiatives; this will involve close liaison and co-ordination with other senior team members in the Cancer Screening Programme.

To be successful in this role, it is essential you have had at least 2-3 years experience working in public health, community health or primary care setting. Throughout your career, you will have been exposed to reporting, planning and forecasting experience. You will be experienced using reporting tools at an advanced level such as Excel, MS Access or Qlik. A confident communicator, you pride yourself in providing excellent service while ensuring service and process improvements are customer focussed.

This is a full time position working 40 hours a week Monday to Friday and based at Manukau Health Park.
