Mō tō mātou rōpū - About our team

As a Casual Health Care Assistant in our busy Older Persons and Rehabilitation Service, you will become an important part of our multi-disciplinary team.  We are looking to recruit positive and enthusiastic health care assistant who have a genuine interest in patient well-being.  We have an exciting and supportive environment. You will ideally have experience in working with older people, either in a rest home or hospital environment.   Training and development are a strong focus at Hutt Valley DHB, so we would love to hear from you if you have a desire to upskill.  We are currently looking for casual part-time HCAs. You will be required to work rostered and rotating shifts.  If you think you have what it takes to succeed in this role, then apply today.
