Staff Nurse - Epsom Day

Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity

Join our dedicated team of nurses, working across Gynaecology Outpatients and Epsom Day Unit. Based at Greenlane Clinical Centre, Whakatahe Hapūtanga (Abortion services), is a regional service that provides all aspects of care and support for first trimester termination of pregnancy to the women of the wider Auckland region. This rewarding opportunity is ideal for someone looking to expand their scope of practice but also for someone who is keen to give back to their community. Our ideal candidate must be resilient and have a strong passion for Women’s Health.

We currently have a part time permanent opportunity available. Join now and you too, can become a valued member of our collaborative team. We will also provide thorough orientation as well as on-going support and training, assisting you towards your continuous professional development.

Nga Pūkenga Motuhake | Important Skills

To be considered for this opportunity, you must:

  • Have registration with NZ Nursing Council
  • Have a valid and current APC
  • A minimum of 1 year nursing experience working in a New Zealand hospital
  • Excellent communication skills dealing with patients from various cultures
  • Work well independently and as part of a team
