An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Health Care Assistant (HCA) to join our nursing team. If you are interested in working with the elderly and wish to be part of a team focused on excellent patient care and achieving patient focused outcomes, then we would be keen to hear from you.

As a Health Care Assistant in our busy Older Persons and Rehabilitation Service, you will become an important part of our multi-disciplinary team. 

Our positions is are for fixed term HCA roles, so you would need to be available to work at short notice and have the ability to work rostered and rotating shifts.  If you think you have what it takes to succeed in this role, then apply today. 

Moū - About you

We are looking to recruit positive and enthusiastic health care assistant who have a genuine interest in patient well-being. You will ideally have experience in working with older people, either in a rest home or hospital environment. 

Training and development are a strong focus at the Hutt District, and we offer a supportive environment where you can learn and grow your skills. This position would suit someone who has a desire to up skill.
