Clinical Team Support 1 FTE - CADS South

Community Alcohol and Drug Services (CADS) provides clinical interventions to a population of over 1.5 million within the greater Auckland region. CADS offer services for individuals and their families; assisting them in reducing and resolving alcohol and drug related problems.
As part of the CADS administration team your key responsibilities will be to support the clinicians, clients and whanau by undertaking a range of administration tasks.
You will need to have a strong customer focus, with a warm and outgoing personality. You will need to feel confident in your ability to make people feel valued. You will need to organised, have strong communication skills, both verbal and written; with the ability to solve problems as they arise. Familiarity with the Microsoft office suite is required, along with an appetite and ability to learn new skills and processes.
Previous District Health Board experience is preferred but not essential as full training is provided for the operation of the relevant CADS IT systems.
