The details: Permanent - 80 Hours per fortnight

Permanent position based at the Waikato Hospital available requiring a pharmacist with wide-ranging hospital experience, a post-graduate qualification in clinical pharmacy, and preferably leadership experience.

Mōu | About you

Required skills & experience you will need to be considered for this role:

  • Providing support to the team leader(s) by taking on leadership, operational management, coordination and planning for the delegated team or area of expertise

  • Coordinating clinical activities within the service on a day to day basis as delegated by the team leader(s)

  • Helping to provide support, coaching and mentoring of pharmacist employees

  • Participation in the on-call roster

 

Applicants will be expected to demonstrate specialised knowledge and skills in order to manage complex presentations/situations across a range of clinical areas.

 

If you have experience in relevant clinical pharmacy practice, strong communication and organisation skills and a desire to take on a key leadership role within pharmacy, we would like to hear from you.
