Exciting opportunity to join the leadership team at Aronui Ora, a well-established team based at Greenlane Clinical Centre, Auckland
Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity
Aronui Ora is a specialist adult mental health service mental health care during pregnancy and early parenthood (the first 12 months of an infant’s life).
Our clinical team is made up of experienced mental health professionals including Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Social Workers, Mental Health Nurses and Occupational Therapists.
Responsibilities include oversight and management of clinical systems and processes, ensuring appropriate review of service user care, and clinical support and guidance to clinicians. Supporting our service to meet key performance objectives is an important part of the role.
Reporting to the Clinical Team Leader there will be opportunities to take part in recruitment and retention activities and involvement in service development projects. You will work closely with the Lead Clinician and Practice Supervisors in the service.
You will need to be clinically experienced with proven leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively at a senior clinical level with service users, colleagues, mental health service providers, government agencies and the NGO sector. There will be an opportunity to develop your leadership skills through the ADHB Leadership Development Programme.

We welcome applications from experienced NZ registered Mental Health Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, Psychotherapists and Social Workers.
- Experience working within maternal mental health would be an advantage.
- You must be a NZ registered Mental Health Professional with a current APC.
- A full and clean NZ driver licence is essential in this community-based role.
