We have a position available and happy to consider this as either a fulltime or parttime (.8) role.
As a Support Technician for Te Whatu Ora Taranaki you will be providing phone based, desktop, and remote support, for around 2000 staff. You’ll also be providing support to other clients external to us, including regional ePharmacy users, local Dental clinics and GPs, and more.

The Support Technician role primarily revolves around 7am to 5pm phone and email based support for service requests and break/fix jobs. Second level desktop support and after hours on-call support duties are all currently rotated through the team on a weekly basis.
