Contract: Fixed term ' 9 Months (covering maternity leave), Full Time, negotiable/flexible working hours
Salary: Senior nurses, grade 3 Step 1 NZNO MECA

Are you looking for a change? Do you like making a difference? An exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, highly motivated and dynamic CCDM Project Support Coordinator as arisen in the Care Capacity Demand Management (CCDM) team. This exciting and challenging role is one that will allow you to use your excellent leadership and communication skills to their full potential. You will lead projects and support clinical areas to use the tools and processes of the programme to assist in achieving safer staffing and healthy workplaces.

The CCDM Team at Capital coast district is a collaborative and dynamic team, who are passionate about supporting healthcare professionals to have safer working environments and achieve better patient outcomes. The team works in a supportive and nurturing environment.

Essential attributes for this position are nursing leadership skills, adaptability, a passion for nursing excellence, enthusiasm, and ability to work in an autonomous role.
Skill that are desirable included
- Working knowledge of TrendCare
- Understanding of the CCDM programme
- An ability to analyse data and identify trends.
- Working at a high level with regard to health informatics.
- Developing and sustaining constructive relationships with key stakeholders
Skills & Experience
- Senior registered nurse or midwife or clinical background working to leadership level on PDRP/QLP
- Current APC
- Experience in education delivery, project support and data analysis an advantage
- You will bring to the role your clinical experience with a motivated 'can do' attitude
