We are Te Whatu Ora Te Toka Tumai Auckland. We provide health and disability services to more than half a million people living in central Auckland, regional services for Northland and greater Auckland, and specialist national services for the whole of New Zealand. Our main sites are Auckland City Hospital, Greenlane Clinical Centre and Starship Children’s Hospital, located in central Auckland.

Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity
The roles will assist Te Toka Tumai in delivering high quality, accurate patient data related to the patient pathways within elective services, by providing training and education to admin staff who undertake outpatient scheduling and surgical booking.
The roles will also be responsible for validation of data used to measure our compliance with targets and ensure errors are identified and rectified.

Nga Pūkenga Motuhake | Important Skills
We are looking for people with the following skillsets:
- NCEA Level 3 or equivalent
- 2 to 3 years experience working within the New Zealand Hospital Setting
- Ability to use Microsoft Office, in particular Excel
- A thorough understanding of hospital systems and processes – desirable but not essential
- Experience of Te Toka Tumai Clinical Systems (PHS, CMS etc.) is highly desirable
- Good written, reporting and verbal communications skills
- A commitment to biculturalism.
