40 hours per fortnight (0.5FTE)
We are looking for a Nurse Educator to join the Integrated Operations Centre at the Hawke's Bay Fallen Soldier's Memorial Hospital.
This role will find you working within the wider Operations Directorate to support the ongoing development of competency and capability of the nursing and Health Care Assistants workforce.
You will work closely with the Clinical Nurse Managers to identify areas of need and deliver nursing best practice advice. You will also develop and maintain individual professional development plans for all nurses in the service, ensuring auditing that programmes are appropriate.
You will be Registered Nurse, with a relevant post-graduate qualification. You will be someone with a commitment to quality and excellence.
