A rare opportunity has become available for an Executive Assistant to the Executive Director – Digital Enablement to join our team.
You will take this role and make it your own. It is an opportunity like no other!
Your skills and experience will ensure you ‘hit the ground running’ and help our Digital Enablement team and wider health environment be the best they can be. Your direct input will enable us to enhance and continue to evolve our environment to ultimately deliver ‘better patient outcomes’.
This role predominantly works alongside our Executive Director, Digital Enablement and the Senior Leadership Team. No two days will be the same - you will need to be flexible, customer focussed and enjoy making a difference!
We are looking for someone with several years’ experience in a busy role, and it is essential that you have the following skills:
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people - internally and externally
- Achievement focussed, proactive, highly reliable and be able to use initiative
- Self-motivated and able to prioritise your own workload, as well as work as part of the team.
- Create and maintain presentations via various media, e.g. Visio, PowerPoint
- Master multi-tasker with a calm presence when the going gets tough!
- Enthusiasm, energy and a willingness to get involved!
