Ngā mōhiohio e pā ana ki tēnei mahi (About this position)
We are a secondary level neonatal unit, with capacity for up to 10 cots, using a family integrated model of care.
We have the following positions available:
- 1 x 0.7FTE position (working 56 hours a fortnight) covering parental and accrued leave for up to 15 months, working rostered and rotating shifts Sunday to Monday.
- 2 x Casual positions assisting with peak capacity and covering leave. Some scheduling will be available when covering planned leave. However, it will be important that you have the flexibility to sometimes work at short notice.

You will be a NZ registered nurse, with a current APC and will be flexible and adaptable to accommodate our variable workload and acuity. We are seeking someone with a commitment to quality and safe care, focused on improving the health outcomes for neonates and their whānau. Neonatal experience is preferred.
For the health and safety of staff and patients all NMH staff are required to be vaccinated in accordance with the COVID-19 Public Health Response (Vaccinations) Order 2021, including boosters.
