Medical Resources and Management Support Co-ordinator (Fulltime) Mental Health Management, CM Health

We are looking for an experienced Administrator to fill our Medical Resources & Management Support Co-ordinator role working in the Mental Health Management team supporting the Clinical Director and Clinical Quality & Risk Manager. The key tasks of this role are driven by the service priorities and clinical activities of the service. These priorities and activities of the service will fluctuate over time and this will impact on the priorities and tasks of the Support Co-ordinator. This is a full time position working Monday to Friday based at Middlemore Hospital.
To be considered for the role, you will need to have administrative health sector experience supporting a team, understanding medical terminology or similar. Excellent verbal and written communication with experience in collating and communicating written information to a range of stakeholder groups. You will be an expert user of Microsoft Office suite with experience in scheduling and maintaining rosters for
