Recruitment Team Leader

Where you’ll be working: Waikato Hospital campus
The details: Permanent – 80 hours per fortnight
We are looking for a Recruitment Maestro to lead our dedicated Recruitment team

Responsibilities of the role:
Reporting to the Executive Director Organisational Support, your role is accountable for attracting and selecting talent to help us provide excellence in healthcare to our community.
The role is part of our Organisational Support Leadership Team, and it is important you add value in a wider context. There will be the opportunity to contribute at a wider level as part of the development of the NZ health system.
Required skills & experience:
- 3+ years experience in talent acquisition, selection, marketing, organisational psychology or equivalent.
- Experience within a large and complex organisation with competing priorities
- Self-starter with strong problem solving and conceptual thinking
- Developed communication and interpersonal skills, including the capacity to negotiate and positively influence and motivate others.
It is desirable that you have a tertiary qualification in a relevant management related area e.g. marketing, organisational psychology, HR.
