Community Nurse

Where you’ll be working: Te Kuiti Hospital
The details: Permanent, 64 hours per fortnight

This position is working across both the public health and district nursing teams. These are both small but supportive clinical teams that strive to provide holistic care in partnership with our community, schools and support providers.
You will need to have the following requirements:
• NZ registration and residency
• Current Annual Practicing Certificate
• Sound clinical skills and knowledge
• Excellent communication skills
• Team player
• Flexible and adaptable
• Time Management
• Full Drivers licence

Te Kuiti is one of the four Waikato DHB rural hospitals, and is centrally located in the North Island. On its back door is the Wild West coast with extensive bush/native areas for those who like to enjoy outdoor recreation. Waitomo Cave and Otorohanga Township, the Kiwiana mecca of New Zealand, are just down the road.
