About the Role:
In this dual role, you will be providing EA support to the Chief Health Professions Officer and providing high-level management of the Official Information Act (OIA) reply process for the organisation; you will be ensuring that their direct reports are able to work efficiently and effectively and meet all strategic objectives. This role also encompasses project support for the national and regional committees that the Chief Health Professions Officer is involved with.
You will be working within and as part of the Corporate Business Team of Executive/Personal Assistants to provide secretarial and administrative to the Executive Management Team to ensure efficient, effective and customer-focused service delivery and to meet the day-to-day operating needs of the office.
You will also be responsible for the ownership of the end-to-end workflow process and production of OIA responses, and for managing OIA correspondence, systems and processes to ensure they support timely and quality completion of responses to OIA requests.

You will be accurate and quality orientated in your approach to your work, with the ability to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders with a customer service ethos. You will have at least 5 years’ experience in an executive support role at senior management/board level and experience with the Official Information Act. If you have a business-related tertiary qualification and experience in a health or large complex organisation, this is preferred but not essential. Having an organised work ethic and sound MS Office skills is vital for this role.
