Clerk - Adult Emergency Department

We currently have x2 part time, permanent position (32 hours per week) to work on a rostered shift - Monday to Sunday.
The Adult Emergency Department (AED) is a fast paced and dynamic service. We are looking for an experienced clerk who is passionate about providing effective and efficient administrative assistance to our team.
As an ideal candidate for this role, you will have at least 2 years of admin/reception experience working in the health sector. You will demonstrate the ability to work in a multidisciplinary work environment and impress with your verbal, written and interpersonal skills and has proficiency in computer skills (MS Office).
The role is to provide clerical support to the AED staff, being the first point of contact for patients and visitors, and to provide a high-quality customer focused approach through face to face and telephone contact.
You will be managing reception and perform various administrative tasks, including telephone referral service, data entry for admission and discharging of patients.
