FPIM Coordinator - Fixed Term

The Health Finance Procurement and Information Management System+ (FPIM+) programme is tasked with implementing a National Oracle solution in the Northern Region DHB’s.
This is a large and complex programme and will support all internal Oracle users and FPIP program team at Health Source to coordinate the implementation.
This fixed term role will be responsible for coordinating, administrating and supporting all parts of the project delivery at WDHB, to ensure it is organised and running to plan.
You will be a natural problem solver, enabling the management team to focus on the broader issues and wider deliverables.
This role requires a collaborative, hands on and dedicated person, who supported by the existing team will contribute to administering the WDHB project activities within the current programme.
This task includes helping develop and monitor project plans, assisting in preparing, scheduling, participating & documenting the output of stakeholder meetings, assisting in documentation and distribution/sending of communications and keeping a check that project deadlines are met.
