Digital Health Navigator - Blenheim
12-month, fixed-term 0.8FTE position, working 64 hours a fortnight
Location: Wairau Hospital

The role is designed for someone with customer service and/or administrative experience who has well-developed people and communication skills, including the patience and empathy to encourage those who are needing additional support to effectively use digital tools in their own health care.

You will be a digital dynamo with a can-do attitude who enjoys sharing knowledge and empowering others through networking and delivering training in both formal and informal settings. You will have an interest in the health care environment, particularly in improving the patient/whānau experience of healthcare. You will be detail-orientated and a quick learner at using digital platforms.
For the health and safety of both staff and patients, and in line with the Health Order, all NMH staff are required to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19.
