This busy role provides day-to-day coordination and organisation of administrative functions for RMOs, working collaboratively with the RMO unit and team lead to provide a district-wide service.
The RMO team works together to ensure RMO rosters are built and RMO requests for training, accommodation, travel and annual leave are looked after.
In collaboration with the RMO team leader you will support the welcome of RMOs to NMDHB through their orientation programmes and road shows. Additionally, liaising and supporting intern supervisors and assisting with record management, meetings and reporting.
This role is a permanent part-time (0.4 FTE) position with the opportunity to be flexible in hours per day.

This is a busy people-focused role so you will have strong relationship management and organisational skills. Because this role is varied and multi-faceted you will be comfortable juggling a number of different task. Knowledge of the health sector, the DHB environment or recruitment and HR processes will help you succeed.
This role requires you to exercise initiative and judgement in make decisions within the scope of assigned authority.
For the health and safety of both staff and patients, and in line with the Health Order, all NMH staff are required to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19.
