About the Role
We are seeking a Continence Clinical Nurse Specialist to bring expertise, compassion, and innovation to our community-based team. In this specialist role, you will lead the assessment, management, and education of patients with bladder and bowel dysfunction. You’ll operate both autonomously and within a supportive multidisciplinary environment, providing care across a variety of settings.

About you
We’re looking for a passionate and experienced nurse who can help lead specialist continence care in our region. You’ll bring:
- Current registration with the Nursing Council of New Zealand and a valid Annual Practising Certificate (APC)
- A postgraduate qualification (or progress toward one) in a relevant clinical area
- Demonstrated experience in continence care or a closely related field
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit
- A genuine commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi and to achieving equitable health outcomes
