- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with relevant health regulations.
- Vocationally Registered GP: You will be a qualified, vocationally registered GP with experience in primary care, ideally with a strong understanding of the unique health challenges faced by Māori and Pacific communities.
- Cultural Awareness: A commitment to working within a kaupapa Māori framework and an understanding of the social determinants of health.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Patient-Centered Approach: A holistic, compassionate, and culturally responsive approach to patient care.
- Flexibility & Adaptability: Able to thrive in a dynamic, community-oriented environment where people really care
