Ko te tūranga mahi | About the role
The Mental Health Clinical Lead will be able to:
- Lead a talented team of psychologists, and clinicians dedicated to promoting mental health and wellbeing to our community.
- Drive innovation and best practice in clinical service delivery, ensuring the highest standard of care to our clients.
- Collaborate with industry leaders and stakeholders to develop and implement cutting edge programmes and initiatives.
- Experienced and knowledgeable at integrating psychological practice within a Kaupapa Māori framework.
- The ability to actively engage with all people to sustain productive relationships.
- The ability to work within a Kaupapa Māori environment.
- The ability to actively work collaboratively across all areas of Te Runanga o Toa Rangatira.
- Qualified psychologist with 5+ years of experience and a passion for helping others, preferably with managerial experience and a record of success in clinical leadership.
- A team player with exceptional relationship building skills, and an ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
- Time management, adept at prioritising tasks and multiple workstreams.
- Demonstrates sound judgement, capable of making quality decisions amidst complex and multi-dimensional challenges.
- Sharp critical thinking skills, keen observation abilities and problem saving prowess.
