We are looking for Recruitment Advisors to join our team to support our senior team members who recruit all non-clinical, Allied Health Scientific & Technical, Nursing, Midwifery & Senior Medical Officers vacancies.
You will be working alongside awesome recruiters who will train, mentor and guide you through the world of health recruitment.
This role would suit an experienced recruitment professional with at least 2 years proven experience processing high volume recruitment, preferably within a large & complex organisation. Excellent communication and organisational skills, along with a great sense of humour are essential.
You ll understand how recruitment timelines work, the level of support hiring managers need, and the ability to prioritise and deliver excellent service to internal and external shareholders. If you have the drive and passion for recruitment & health, want to work with an awesome team and assist with bringing in the best people to work within 2DHB, then we want to hear from you.
