The Operations Director, Women’s & Children’s Health is seeking a talented Personal Assistant experienced in supporting staff at an executive and senior management level.
To be successful, you will require exceptional time management and prioritisation skills, be capable of working independently to solve problems, previous experience partnering with key stakeholders, and have the full range of skills expected of an executive level PA.
Recent and extensive experience in a similar position and level within a large complex organisation would be desirable, and understanding of Tikanga and Te Ao Māori is highly desirable.
You will be very professional, agile, reliable, friendly and able to work with the strictest confidentiality. Exceptional networking skills and the ability to relate well with staff at all levels of Te Whatu Ora (Waikato region) across a varied range of professions as well as members of the public are essential.
