Right now, we - re looking for a Registered
Nurse with experience behind them to become part of the team here in Timaru. Our A,T&R service is a close knit nursing, allied health and
medical team focused on improving and optimising health and independence.
With us you will
enjoy working in a supportive, multidisciplinary team actively involved in and
challenged by the wide variety of clinical presentations our acute Age Care
service faces, while benefiting from the learning opportunities that
rehabilitation nursing offers.
In this role you
will have the ability to initiate and accept clinical responsibility and work
autonomously when appropriate or necessary.
Amongst your strengths will be the ability to function well in a
multi-disciplinary team while having the confidence to be a strong advocate for
either stable or acutely unwell patients under your care.
You will be registered with the New Zealand Nursing Council and have solid acute nursing experience, preferably in the specialised area of age care.
