Achieving the best health outcomes for our patients starts with expecting the best from ourselves, and right now Northland DHB is looking for two Associate Clinical Nurse Managers to join Ward 14, General Medical Ward at Whangarei Hospital.

We are looking for experienced medical nurses to provide daily organisation and management of the ward. Successful candidates will need a minimum of three years' experience in a medical ward, a relevant post graduate diploma (or working towards this) and preferably have designated senior nurse PDRP.
You will have effective communication skills, be able to develop positive working relationships, have good time management, be flexible, be able to lead change and work from a continuous quality improvement perspective.
