Nurse Educator - Outpatients Department (0.9FTE)

About the role
Achieving the best health outcomes for our patients starts with expecting the best from ourselves, and right now Te Whatu Ora Te Tai Tokerau is looking for an experienced and motivated Nurse Educator to join our Outpatients Department within the surgical services.
To promote, facilitate and provide clinical education to maximise health care delivery, enhance patient outcomes, and promote clinical excellence and evidence-based professional nursing practice
This is a permanent 0.9 FTE position working 72 hours per fortnight. The salary range is between $92,687- $102,178 and is based in Whangarei, Northland.
Key Requirements
- Registered Nurse with a current Practicing Certificate
- Designated Senior Nurse PDRP or Expert PDRP
- Experience in clinical teaching role
- Relevant post graduate qualification or working towards
Basic life support facilitation experience is highly desirable.
