Required skills/experience:

• Registered Nurse with a current Practicing Certificate
• Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team as well as working as an autonomous practitioner
• Demonstrate Leadership skills
• Good communication skills
• Some weekend work required

Recent community nursing experience is desirable.
