An exciting opportunity has opened within the Integrated Operations Centre team. The newly established Variance Response Team for Te Tai Tokerau are looking for Health Care Assistants to join us as soon as possible.
About the role:
This team will comprise of Registered Nurses and Health Care Assistants for every shift on every day.
You will be there to support your colleagues across the adult and children's inpatient areas and the emergency department. Under the direction of the Integrated Operations Centre, you will attend and support clinical areas for short periods of time to resolve a negative variance event.
Tasks will include day to day supporting of safe care for patients and their whanau by assisting with delegated activities and supporting maintenance of a safe, pleasant, and functioning environment as part of the healthcare delivery team.
