Social Worker - Kaitaia Hospital (0.3 FTE)

About the role:
If you're looking for the right opportunity to create positive, healthy change, then we're looking for you. We have an amazing opportunity for an enthusiastic Social Worker to join our dedicated team at Kaitaia Hospital.
This is a permanent, part time 0.3 FTE position working 12 hours per week.
The function of this role is to provide an effective and responsive social work service to clients in the far north while operating as a member of both inpatient and community multidisciplinary teams.
Key requirements:
- NZ Registered Social Worker with a current practicing certificate
- Current drivers licence
- Able to work autonomously and harmoniously with other health professionals
- Demonstrated client-centred practise.
- Proven ability to communicate with and relate to a wide range of people and age groups
