Occupational Therapist - Bay of Islands Hospital (1.0FTE, fixed term)

Right now, we have an amazing opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join our team here in the Bay of Islands as an Occupational Therapist. Based in Kawakawa, this is a full time fixed term contract ending 1 July 2023, working alongside clients in the community throughout the mid north to improve functional returns and optimise occupational performance. The role covers a range of neurological, orthopaedic and medical conditions. Accreditation in housing modifications is desirable.
To be successful in this role, you must be able to engage well with clients and their whānau and work in client-centred practice. You will work closely with others as part of a multidisciplinary team and have a willingness to learn and develop excellent clinical skills. A current full drivers licence is essential.
