Administration Support - Renal Unit (0.85FTE)

The Role:
We have an exciting opportunity to join the Renal Unit to provide Administration Support on a permanent, part time basis. We are seeking a highly organised, accurate and productive individual to join the team. This role is working 34 hours per week, between 8.00am and 4.30pm Mondays and Fridays.
This role will provide support in completing administration, reception, clerical duties and medical transcription to meet the needs of the Renal Unit. You will be part of a supportive and dynamic team in order to deliver and meet the needs of patients and whanau who require Renal services.
Required skills and experience:
You must have previous administration or reception skills and the ability to work within a multidisciplinary team that communicates across all services
- Excellent computer skills including in Microsoft Suite programmes
- Full drivers license
- Accurate documentation skills with attention to detail
- Experience in problem solving, prioritising and planning
- Effective communication skills and teamwork
